Vision

Lithuania’s care home market is fragmented: many small operators and very few modern, large-scale facilities. Jaukuma fills that gap – a contemporary, welcoming 510-bed care campus in a green setting, where professional care meets the warmth of home.

Implementation phases

    Mature operations: €15.2m revenue, €6.5m EBITDA. Possible exit.

A 600 kW solar plant (~€250k investment) is already installed. It cuts operating costs, lifts EBITDA and reduces the CO₂ footprint – a sustainability credential that matters to residents and financiers alike.

The planned staffing ratio is 0.35 employees per resident – twice the minimum regulatory requirement. More attention, better care, stronger reputation.
